About Sumegha
I have been working as an Early Childhood Educator since 2012 and caring for children in different settings since 2002. With over two decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge, patience and dedication to my Family Day Care service.
My philosophy is centred around creating a warm, nurturing and inclusive home-like environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to explore. I strongly believe in play-based learning as a foundation for children's growth and development, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.
I value strong partnerships with families and believe open communication and trust are essential for supporting each child's unique journey. Diversity and cultural inclusion are at the heart of my practice, ensuring every child feels a true sense of belonging.
My Family Day Care provides a balanced program that supports children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development through creative, engaging and meaningful experiences.
