Early childhood is the most important stage of a child’s life; I want to help children to give them the foundation for a successful future. Every child is a unique individual, developing at their own rates. I strongly believe that children best learn through play and exploration, so I want to provide the appropriate activities, focusing culturally, linguistically and developmentally on the process of learning and helping children enjoy these successful experiences.

I wish to impact all children in a positive way by ensuring a safe, stable, healthy, comfortable and culturally relevant environment as it is very important to a child’s physical, emotional, social, cognitive and creative growth.

In doing so, I will support children according to their individual needs so that everyone can reach their full potential. For this, I believe in positive guidance which is consistent and age appropriate to help understand their world and develop all children with a sense of independence, confidence and responsibility.

Finally, I believe parents and family are the most significant in a child’s life, so I want to work in partnership with families to benefit children.
