As a Family Day Care educator I aim to:

• Nurture the children to become little champions by providing the best quality childcare in a caring and stimulating home-based environment.

• Foster children’s learning and development through play which comes from children’s interest and experience.

• Provide nature based play environment to promote the connection and respect for our natural environment. Actively engage children to be environmentally awareness and be responsible and recognise that they are to contribute to a sustainable future.

• Ensure they feel safe and secure in their environment and develop a positive relationship with their Educator and their peers.

• Building partnerships with families is fundamental for the development of the child and being able to deliver the best educational outcomes.

• Involve children to participate in our community which promotes awareness of belonging to a community.

• Build awareness of diversity so children learn to understand and respect diverse cultures.
