"At Eckinda Family Day Care I believe that every child is important, which we need to encourage each child to grow and learn in a stimulating and educational setting. This creates a warm, loving and nurturing environment that fosters the individual needs of each child. All children should be treated with equality and their cultural linguistic diversity embraced and acknowledged."
